Friends,
As we embark on our trip, here are a few things to remind you of what's coming:
- We land in Cochin International Airport - this is one of the first to be built using the public-private partnerships (until then, all airports were owned by the central government). This is one of the busiest airports in India carrying nearly 2.5 million passengers a year.
- We have rented a bus for our use from the 12th morning until our departure to New
Delhi on the 20th - we chose a smaller bus (23-seater) so it can get us to places where larger vehicles may not. - Here is the official site of the central government of india (this is a portal to all other official sites).
